International rugby comes to town

This week, we're highlighting an event pick by Taproot community coordinator Debbi Serafinchon. Debbi recommends Rugby Nations Cup: Double Header where you can take in not one but two matches featuring world-class teams competing for world ranking points ahead of the 2027 Rugby World Cup.

Here's what Debbi had to say:

"I can't wait to experience the high energy and passion rugby supporters bring to the stands! With it being at Clarke Stadium, you'll hear the athletes on the field and experience each hit. I'll be cheering for the Canadian men's national team in the second game, but I'm also really looking forward to the opening match between Tonga and Spain. What I appreciate most about rugby is that it truly is a gentleman's game — the physical intensity stays strictly on the field, referees are addressed with respect as 'sir' or 'ma'am,' and the teams hold genuine respect for one another."
