Brand new festival celebrating art and music

This week, we're highlighting an event pick by Taproot co-founder Karen Unland. Karen recommends Edmonton Art Crawl, a walkable festival featuring gallery openings, live painting competitions, mural fest takeovers, panel discussions, and after-dark parties.

"Edmonton is a place that believes you can never have too many festivals. I support this stance. Here's a new one, organized in and around the downtown jewel that is O-day'min Park by the formidable Double Lunch and the intriguing CIVIQ Labs. The poetry and public art draw me, but there's also music, after-hours parties, and more. Fingers crossed that the weather holds!"
