A message from Edmonton Cocktail Week:

This bright, citrusy riff on a Sidecar, made with a liqueur from Above Average Drinks, is your perfect false-spring partner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Chateau Montifaud VS Cognac
  • 1/2 oz Above Average Drinks Coriander Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Proof Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Build your cocktail:

  • Add all of your ingredients to a shaker tin.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass of your choice.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist, and enjoy!
