Edmonton is one of the sunniest cities in Canada, receiving nearly 2,300 hours of sunlight each year. That might help to explain why our city truly lives up to its "festival city" moniker in the summer months. Whether you are here for a visit and are looking for something to do, or you're a longtime resident and seasoned festival-goer, there's no shortage of great events to fill your summer calendar with.
Here is our listing of 75+ festivals and events taking place in the Edmonton area this summer. If you find this useful and you'd like to support what we do, consider becoming a Taproot Edmonton member.
