Here's a message from our sponsor, Alberta Catalyzer:
What if you could maximize your credit card rewards in real time, earning up to $1000 annually without lifting a finger? Many consumers struggle to keep track of the best reward options for their credit cards, missing out on valuable cashback, fuel points, and travel perks. Enter RewardsX, a local startup addressing these common pain points.
Sanjay Karthikeyan is the CEO and Co-founder of RewardsX, an artificial intelligence-driven fintech startup focused on helping consumers maximize their credit card rewards. This app is designed to maximize rewards in real-time. Sanjay likens RewardsX to Superman—unlimited in its capabilities and ready to save the day for consumers looking to get the most out of their rewards.
Before joining Velocity, a program stream of Alberta Catalyzer focused on helping companies scale and prepare for investment, Sanjay and his team faced a significant challenge: they were not well connected with the Edmonton business community, including business owners and angel investors. The Alberta Catalyzer Velocity program provided a lifeline through coaching sessions that reshaped the company's trajectory and helped them feel more credible in engaging the business community. More specifically, the program and coaching helped them redefine their go-to-market strategy and simplify their pitch deck to appeal to different audiences.
"The hardest part was not rushing through the presentation but ensuring the audience understood our mission," Sanjay reflects on his first experience pitching to a large audience for the first time.
Today, RewardsX is making significant strides by rolling out its Partner Platforms for business owners in the Edmonton region to onboard 150 locations. You can join the RewardsX waitlist for their consumer-facing app here.
